Mary brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, operational improvement, customer experience, and technology planning. Most recently, she served as Head of Contact Center Technology for Reservations and Customer Care at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she led large-scale technology programs and worked closely with business and operations teams to improve how technology was planned, delivered, and used.
Darnell brings a background in security operations, operational management, and client-focused service. He has worked in corporate security leadership and executive protection, and has built independent experience helping individuals and small businesses with device setup, home technology, digital safety, and day-to-day technology questions — with a focus on clear communication and building trust.
